Cut Stomach Fat By Obeying Two Easy Diet Tips

I’m sure you’ve seen the advertisements mention the #1 rule of a flat stomach or the 2 easy tips you can follow, but most of these ads don’t give you anything but a scam. Here is the real way you can cut stomach fat by obeying two easy diet tips.

Now, before you get all excited, or skeptical for that matter, let me remind you that cutting belly fat takes more than just 1 or 2 rules, but here are two simple guidelines you can follow to start losing your belly bulge immediately.

First, Don’t cut out all the carbs. This will work in the beginning, but bite you in the butt, and the belly, in the end. Cut back on the wrong kinds of carbs. This includes carbs from bread and large helpings of pasta. If you’re eating pasta, bread, potatoes or rice as your main course, realize that this alone is a large contributor to your big tummy. Some of these are ok as side dishes, especially potatoes and rice, but if you’re getting more than a very small portion at each meal, you’re getting too much and your body is becoming insulin resistant.

The second rule is one we all know but don’t follow. Cut back on bad fats like the greasy nasty stuff in your burger or the tasty salty stuff in your potato chips. Eating the right kinds of fats, and the right amounts, is great, but eating too much will expand your belt line extremely fast. Not to mention the negative health side effects that come with consuming the wrong fats. Eat more good fats like the kinds in nuts, avocados and olives.

Obviously if you’ve seen the ads, and clicked on them, you know full well that there are more than 1 or 2 rules to follow, but if you stick to it, you can cut stomach fat by obeying the two easy diet tips above. Don’t be fooled by the ads or scams, follow a healthy diet and exercise plan and you will be able to get a flat tummy or six pack abs.
